Client Registration & Pet Health
First, we need each pet parent to fill out our consultation form. We will use your information entered for your "pet profile". All completed profiles include authorized persons on your account, veterinarian's name, dates of latest vaccinations, etc...
All dogs using our services must be generally healthy as we care for a large number of pets. We will not admit any pets that we believe to be a risk to the other animals or people in our care. It is your responsibility as a parent to notify us of any major health related issues affecting your dog so that we can make an informed determination about how to best care for them.
Clients who do not inform us in a timely manner of any major health issues, may not be allowed to use our services in the present and/or future. Minor health problems may be discussed during the consultation.
